When my order will be shipped?

Orders shipped within 1-3 working days. Any orders placed on a Friday will be shipped on Monday or Tuesday. Once your order has been dispatched you will be notified via e-mail.

Can I cancel my order or make changes?

To make sure you receive your new order ASAP, we'll start processing your order as soon as we receive it. This means that once your order has been placed, you will be unable to cancel or edit it, this specially applies if the order is already in transit on it's way to you.

 

 How can i return my order?

Will my original shipping charge be refunded?

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.

 

 I received faulty item, what should i do?

If you have received your order but something is faulty or incorrect, please email us at info@dazzleyourdreams.co.uk within 24 hours from delivery with your order number, and a photo of the issue.

 

  Why do I need to pay customs duty? (for International Customers)

 All International packages are shipped DDU (Duties & Taxes unpaid), meaning these feels are not included in the price of goods purchased from our website. It is your responsibility to pay these fees in order to receive your parcel. 

We are unable to advise the amounts of what these feels may be, if applicable at all. We recommend contacting your country's custom office for an estimated charges & rates on packages coming from overseas.
