Refund policy

We accepting returns within 14 days from date of delivery.

  • All products must be returned unworn and in the same packaging they arrived in.
  • Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
  • SALE products cannot be returned.
  • All returns must include a note of the order number inside or your packing slip.
    This ideally will be your order confirmation, however a note of your order number, address and full name will be fine!
  • Please send return with tracked & signed shipping method. If you choose to return items to us via a non-signed for service and the items are misplaced in transit, the responsibility is unfortunately on yourself.
  • The return postage is the responsibility of you, the customer & original postage is non refundable.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

FAULTY GOODS

All of our products are carefully checked before they are lovingly packaged.
If for any reason your item is faulty or has been damaged in transit please get in touch immediately via info@dazzleyourdreams.co.uk attaching an image of the item in the email will speed the process along. Please do this within 24 hours of receiving your item.
If it has been 24 hours since the delivery date, we cannot assist, and the products are considered as "misuse by the buyer".

 

UNDELIVERED PARCELS

  • If you are not at home

  • If the courier could not find a safe place to leave the parcel
  • If you have not paid the customs tax (for international orders only)


the parcel is returned to us.

When the parcel is returned to us, we will issue a refund for the items.
Delivery charges are not refundable.

If you still want the items, you need to create a new order.
